Possible Coordinator meeting to 'network', exchange ideas, meet Police

Hello Resident

Sent to all Rushmoor Coordinators and Deputies.

I have been asked if it is possible to hold a meeting where coordinators can get together to discuss how they run their schemes, to generally network and exchange ideas and help. Also to talk to Police.

We would need to have an Agenda, something along the lines of:

  • General Introductions
  • Objectives and any additional topics for discussion
  • The basics of the role of a coordinator
  • Possible short presentations by two or three willing to pass on their ideas.
  • General discussion
  • Role of Police
  • Q and A for Police, with questions in advance to give a chance to research
  • AOB

    • Does anyone fancy doing something like that.  Be in council offices at 7pm for say 1.5 hours.

    If enough people are keen, I can think about setting something up.
